Puma has teamed up with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) for a great cause, called “Play for Life”. The primary initiative of the UNEP is to support global biodiversity and also to to promote unity within Africa. In doing so, Puma unveiled the Puma Africa Unity Kit, a soccer uniform to be worn as a third alternate kit by Puma-sponsored football clubs in Africa, that will be available for purchase in May. In addition to the sky blue-brown gradient uniforms, Puma has made other gear available for purchase, such as t-shirts and collectable shoelaces in a variety of patterns, designed by NYC-based artist-extraordinaire Kehinde Wiley.
