Clearly, adidas doesn’t want Nike around, and it’s not like they’d be the most likely of collaborators even if the NBDL thing never happened. But you can’t deny that this Forum Mid TF from the adidas Originals Transformable Pack looks like the AJXX thanks to its wide midfoot strap. ‘Twasnt a tribute, though. adidas intended this more to smooth out the silhouette, as they’ve managed to cover the entire lacing system for a pair fo Samba TFs.
