Sneaker-inspired Art has been well documented over the years, most notably the works of Dave White or even the slick customs by SBTG. A simple idea can be extrapolated into an artwork so full of detail and dimensions, but this latest piece of sneaker art, done by John McGloin, takes the simple idea and leaves in unchanged. In fact, the replica box is actually a large-capacity storage box – essentially a Jordan box for Jordan boxes. McGloin get the details down to a tee, from the Jordan branding around the box, paint colors, and even a replica of the box-tag. Based on the color info, the Air Jordan XI Space Jam seems to be his favorite.
