August is starting off great because releasing tomorrow is the original colorway of Jordan’s first retirement shoe, the Air Jordan IX (9). Although this 2010 version uses the omnipresent Varsity Red rather than the original True Red, there won’t be much controversy due to the fact that the color plays such a small role in the colorway of the shoe. 2010 has seen a large number of Air Jordan IX releases but it’s always to OGs that get the most notice, so don’t miss out when these drop tomorrow at your local Jordan Brand retailers, or avoid going out in the hot sun by picking up a pair on eBay.
