The Air Jordan L’Style One was a conceptually demanding lifestyle-oriented hightop whose puzzle-piece midfoot strap was among the more unique features on any sneaker from 2009. For its sequel, the new Air Jordan L’Style II, the straps are shed in favor of a simpler approach that’s echoed by the super clean white-on-black colorway. This pair is done in patent leather which makes for a nice contrast in materials to the woven textile ankle collar and white midsole.
