Nike Air PR1 – Bog Green – Pecan – Neutral Grey | Spring 2011

Nike Air Pr1 Olive White 01

Over the last few years we’ve seen several basketball-to-lifestyle crossover kicks, usually in the form of rehashed classics modified with urban colorways and vulcanized midsoles. Last year’s Nike RT1 fit that mold, a shoe that featured a late-80’s Nike Basketball styled upper design, and the all-new Nike Air PR1 could be categorized in the same phylum. Here’s a look at the Air PR1 in Bog Green, Pecan, and Neutral Grey, slated for a release during the Spring 2011 season; it features an upper design take from the Nike Air Pressure with an Air Jordan III midsole. This particular model includes a high-cut ankle, protruding tongue, and a rubberized ankle strap that can be pivoted to the rear as a strapless option. This  Bog Green, Pecan, and Neutral Grey colorway of the Air PR1  should be expected early next year, as will a number of other colorways including Dunkman-esque and white/gold combinations. Take a look at the detailed images after the jump and let us know what you think of the design. via ModernNotoriety.
