Vans has worked with plenty of musicians over the years, most of them of the aggressive male variety. From Iron Maiden to Bad Brains, Off the Wall has typically stuck with acts commonly associated with skaters/skateboarding, but just as their Warped Tour has expanded its lineup in recent years, this new Vans collaboration reflects the increasingly cross-pollinated world of pop music. The Santigold x Vans Tosha is slated to drop sometime in the first half of 2011 with a gold-accented black leather look that more or less perfectly represents its namesake artist’s stage apperance.
