A Christmas day showdown with the Lakers is in the books for the Miami Heat, but before they engage in battle, it looks like the Miami Heat need to fight inside interior conflicts. The Big Three has yet to prove that their sum is greater than their parts, sitting a mere one game above the .500 hundred mark with the team’s star acquisition bumping heads (or more recently, shoulders) with head coach Erik Spoelstra.
