It’s been over a year since the last Undefeated, Stussy, hectic and New Balance collaboration, and even then, their stellar MT580 ‘SMU’ didn’t make it stateside. You have to go back all the way to spring 2009’s ‘Full Metallic Jacket’ 580s hit UNDFTD chapter stores to find the last time they, SS and NB managed to get a sneaker onto US shelves. Unfortunately, the trend continues, and stateside sneakerheads will once again miss out on one of the more inventive tag team efforts of the fall. The UNDFTD x Stussy x hectic x New Balance H547J Ducky takes the H574J (which itself takes the 574 runner down a midtop offroad trail) and applies duckboot styling in what is probably the absolute perfect palette and blocking for this model. No word yet on possible resale availability, but you can grab a pair now at any of the end of the Japanese Stussy chapter stores. via HB
