Not exactly Foamposite, but it seems that was the approach to this release, does it not? Sneaker News gave you a look at a sample pair of this Jordan Six Rings last year, and many of our readers likened the metallic, glossy finish of the upper material to Foamposite. That assessment was understandable considering Foamposite was (and still is) one of the hottest sneaker happenings at the time. In fact, it was the first Dark Neon Royal colorway of the Six Rings that sparked that comparison. The final verdict is that the material is indeed not Foamposite, but instead a nice alternative, giving the Six Rings some new life for 2011.
