Nike Air Max NM – Pro Blue – White – Black | Available Early

Having seen him rock the Air Trainer SC while at Arizona back in 1999 in Complex’s college basketball sneakers list earlier today, we can’t help but wonder what it’d look like to see Gilbert Arenas don this new Nike Air Max NM retro release.  Their Pro Blue, black and white colorup is a solid compliment to the Orlando Magic’s color scheme, but it’s actually a reference to Hideo Nomo‘s early career with the Los Angeles Dodgers where the Japanese tornado won NL Rookie of the Year honors and tossed a no-hitter the following year.  These joints will hit select Nike Sportswear accounts next Saturday, March 19th but you can secure yours early courtesy of New York’s Extra Butter or grab a pair right now on eBay.
