“…we’re taking weight out of every angle of the shoe.”
Earlier today, Sneaker News brought you a first-hand look at the Nike LeBron 8 P.S. Media Wear-Test event that was held down in Miami last Friday. The ‘Home’ colorway just hit stores a few days ago, but if you haven’t picked up a pair yet, we gave you a little rundown and performance review for the third LeBron shoe of the year. During the event, Jason Petrie gave an extensive overview of the P.S., highlighting the ‘hybrid’ cushioning that combines Zoom Air at the forefoot, Max Air on the heel, and the carbon fiber composite that allowed for the removal of excess foam and rubber. Petrie also talks about the special Hyperfuse material that was specifically engineered for the LeBron 8 P.S. shoe. Continue reading for a video courtesy of Sneaker Box Clyde to hear Petrie talk about some more particulars of the LeBron 8 P.S., and if you haven’t picked up a pair yet, get yourself one now on eBay.
