Desert boots have been so wildly popular in recent years that even Clarks Originals, the creators of the beloved Wallabee moc-toed chukka, has de-emphasized their signature model in favor of the desert boot’s take on their crepe sole. Another hugely popular theme of late has been the application of vulcanized soles to various models that previously didn’t have one, and that’s where the adidas Honey Desert for women comes in. This midtop chukka is quite similar to Vans’ Chukka Boot, the feminine multi-colored pattern atop its black base enough to make you stop and ask if perhaps Parra was involved. But no, this is a Three Stripes in-house production and they’re yours for the taking from select adidas Originals retailers like Kicks-crew.
