The youth movement in the NBA has allowed budding stars like Rajon Rondo to emerge from an already star-studded roster as the leader of one of the best teams of the league. Rondo’s true point-guard skills and heady play has his name thrown in discussions of best PG in the game, and if he continues his old-school style of basketball, Rajon has the potential to be considered one of the best to ever play the position. Nike has appointed Rajon Rondo as the representative of the Nike Zoom Hyperfuse 2011 – the sequel to last year’s groundbreaking Nike Hyperfuse. The Zoom Hyperfuse 2011 utilizes the lightweight three-layer material that doesn’t compromise durability, and adds in other structural pillars like the seamless mesh inner sleeve, an internal heel counter, a phylon midsole with Zoom Air at the forefoot, and an internal midfoot shank that increases responsiveness and support. Expect the Nike Zoom Hyperfuse 2011 to hit Nike Basketball retailers in July, so check out these detailed images of the upcoming 2011 Hyperfuse flagship below.
