The Air Max flagship series from Nike Running featured Flywire uppers during 2009 and ’10 and switched to Hyperfuse this year, and it looks like lightweight and super-breathable beats ‘just’ lightweight, as the Nike Air Max+ 2012 will again feature a two-layered Fuse upper. The silhouette’s rounded lines will remind some of the Free Run 2, but you get considerably more cushioning thanks to a heel-to-toe Max Air cushion.
