Later this month, Sole Collector will host a special Air Penny-themed event in Las Vegas, where several new Nike Air Penny models will be showcased. One of the much-anticipated sneaker models is the Nike Zoom Rookie LWP – the Air Penny hybrid shoe combining the Nike Air Foamposite One details with the Air Flight One and Air Go LWP – as well as this new Nike Air Penny II Sole Collector edition; it’s similar to the OG colorway of the Air Penny II, but with a translucent outsole, a royal blue mudguard and inner lining, and a special Sole Collector label on the right heel. Steve Mulholland of Sole Collector was also spotting these during the Nike Mag 2011 Unveiling at the Montalban in Los Angeles.
