Vans DQM General Store – Launch Event Recap

Vans DQM General Store – Launch Event Recap

Vans General Launch Recap Summary

The Vans DQM General Store is now officially open for business! Combining the avant-garde, rebellious nature of skate with a gritty yet refined blue-collar ambiance, the Vans DQM General Store utilizes the working-class decorum of the classic cobbler while focusing on premium Vans footwear and apparel. Dotting the earthy backdrop a wall of blank skate-decks and some vintage Vans shoeboxes, which help complete the gorgeous in-store set-up – certainly one of the best in New York’s famed SoHo shopping district. Thursday night was a celebration marking the opening of the Vans DQM General Store, and friends and family of the Vans and DQM circles got a first-hand look at the collaborative store while enjoying live music and a Vans sneaker cake. Check out the recap of the night’s events below and be sure to check out the Vans DQM General Shop, located on 93 Grand St. in lower Manhattan.
