With the increased popularity of retro runners, the Air Max 1 has received even more attention as the go-to pair of Nike Sportswear casual kicks. It’s often used as the canvas when Nike does embark on collaborations (unfortunately, a rare case nowadays), and was even selected as the #1 sneaker of 2010, with the Parra x Patta edition taking the coveted crown. This new release of the Air Max 1 isn’t nearly as special, but that opinion is in the eye of the beholder, because this clean colorway could be exactly what someone was looking for. These catalog shots don’t reveal the canvas tie-box, which we saw rather clearly when we last previewed the shoe, but they’re showing up now at Euro Nike retailers if you’ve been looking forward to a release. Will these drop in states? Let’s hope so, but in the meantime, take another look at this new Air Max 1 release below and let us know what you think.
