Vans Vault Mid Skool ’77 LX – Frost Grey

Vans Vault issued a ‘Vintage Pack’ right around the start of September that included two pairs each of two classic designs in two simple colorways.  This new Vans Vault Mid Skool ’77 LX would have been right at home alongside those earlier drops thanks to a two-toned leather upper whose shape and ‘vintage’ connections could also open the door for Nike Blazer VNTG comparisons.  And in fact, this Frost Grey pair with Vapour Blue accents does indeed match roughly the colorway found on one of the few leather VNTG Blazers; coincidence?  Yea, probably, but there’s still no doubting their classic charm, and you can grab a pair right now at Off the Wall retailers like End.
