The Nike Air Max 90 is a sneaker that has long been removed from its original context as a runner, enjoying a seemingly endless lifespan in the retro realm. So while this upcoming colorway is apparently a lacrosse-tailored combo, we can expect the sneaker to again be lifted from context as heads grab at this colorful pair. Along with the Easter-y palette for the uppers, the lining comes with a smart looking argyle print to cement the ‘Sunday best’ look. The preppy combo seems to stand in opposition to the rough and tumble nature of Lacrosse, perhaps giving players a chance to show off their gentler side off of the field.
