Yesterday, Sneaker News confirmed the release date for the Air Jordan XIV Retro in the White/Varsity Red-Black colorway, bringing to light the thought of Michael wearing these during the 1998-1999 NBA Season in a hypothetical non-retirement scenario. Unfortunately, we never get to see MJ rock the Ferrari XIVs (these were, in fact, designed after Michael’s favorite sports car), but it still holds as much clout as any other in the legacy. Last seen in stores in 2005, the Air Jordan XIV in the ‘Home’ get-up returns next Saturday, and these official images should be a nice buttering-up of what should be the marquee Air Jordan release of the month.
