April has been quiet in the Jordan Retro front, but this one release is strong enough to stand on its own and carry a month’s worth of sneaker releases. Dropping next Saturday at Jordan Brand retailers is the Air Jordan XII commonly referred to as the ‘Playoffs’, kicking off a string of Air Jordan XII releases like the Cool Grey, Obsidian, an the GS-exclusive Siren Red. Like the original, it features tumbled leather construction on the upper with the white pebbled-leather mudguard, with the trademark TWO3 stitched on the tongue. These are without a doubt one of the best Retro releases of the year – must-cop for those who have the OG or the ’04 Retro (the Jumpman badge on the midsole is getting a bit too yellow, no?).
