In late June Nike unveiled kits collaborative capsule with American-born denim brand Levi’s, focusing on a selection of skate-specific footwear and apparel that featured the joining of forces between two rebellious icons of American culture. Not much after the unveiling, we caught a glimpse of a ‘Hyperstrike’ version of the SB Dunk Low – a Dark Obsidian denim colorway featuring a white/red midsole and gold contrast stitching on the Swoosh. Quickly, the excitement surrounding the Denim SB Dunks mounted, as they drew on the massive cult treasure of Reese Forbes’ original Denim SB Dunk of 2002, and as we get a detailed look at this expected limited release we can only hope that these will be a bit easier to attain – Asian retailer¬†arktz reports a drop this Saturday. We’ve got some better angles of this shoe below, so take a look and we’ll keep you updated regarding when and where these will release.
