Charles Barkley’s signature line with Nike Basketball contributed to Nike Basketball’s 20 Years of Game-Changing Design retrospective with the Nike Air Force 180 Low and the Air Max2 CB ’94. Barkley deserves plenty of credit for spearheading the early-mid 1990’s Basketball push, laying the groundwork for future agile big-men footwear designs and pointing it toward a one-model-fits-all shoe in the Hyperdunk. The Air Max2 CB ’94 got a refresh ;ast year with this one-piece shell design simply dubbed the Air Max Barkley, and this Holiday, we get a brand new colorway to revisit one of the most iconic models in Nike history.
