‘Twas a major offseason for footwear brands and Jordan Brand seemed to be at the center of it all. Arguably the brand’s most popular name jumped ship to the Far East, but he was quickly replaced by another high-flying superstar, but another important development was Jordan Brand’s youth movement, as they signed several rookies to its roster of athletes. One such name is Phoenix Suns guard Kendall Marshall, who just showed off one of the biggest perks of being a member of Team Jordan – the free shoes. Of course ‘free shoes’ might not be explicitly stated in the contract, but as a UNC alumni, he’s probably used to the free Jordan footwear! Your thoughts on Jordan Brand signing on these youngsters? Perhaps a return of the Team Jordan sub-category of footwear and apparel?
