OG Air Maxes again? Not quite. For 2013, Nike Sportswear will re-introduce the Nike Air Max 1 and 90 in their flagship original compositions with a rebuilt ‘EM’ upper (that’s Engineered Mesh for those who haven’t been following). It seems like an odd pairing to put together a re-engineered material fit for contemporary running models paired with suedes and leathers of the past, but it’s exactly that old-meets-new build that makes the Air Max EM releases worth checking out once they hit stores in Spring 2013.
