New Balance 1500 “Elite Collection” – Green – Grey

Sneaker News already showed you the four New Balance 1500s on tap for spring 2013, but it turns out that’s just over half of what’s releasing.  A reminder that the ‘Elite Collection’ trio we previewed in July quietly fell off the radar without a release update, this new makeup is a prelude of what to expect from the 999s and 1600s also featuring one-piece welded seams.  And if the 1600 stole a bit of the 1500’s thunder last year, there’s no bad blood between these two small-N Elites, as the 1500GG and its two upcoming packmates take on a primary color plus grey look much like last year’s 1600 stateside resurrection.  Stick with Sneaker News for info on all the rest and grab this pair from NB’s fellow New Englanders, Concepts.
