Nike Air Zoom Kobe 1 “Westchester Comets” PE

Did you catch our Kobe Autographed Sneaker Showcase? It was a nice look back at the Black Mamba’s sneaker history, with a special notation in 2006 thanks to the debut of his first signature shoe with Nike – the Air Zoom Kobe 1. We’ve stumbled upon a rare PE of this shoe made for the Westchester Comets, and although we’ve seen these PEs before (as well as PEs done with the Kobe VI and Kobe VII), it’s rather interesting to see that the connection with the Comets goes back all the way to at least 2006.
