Kazuki Kuraishi’s latest work with adidas Originals has a curious tagline, but the results are unquestionably satisfying. This new Kazuki Kuraishi x adidas Originals 84-Lab capsule brings together three different models ranging from flat to flashy. The adidas Originals Campus 80s is presented in two premium nubuck and mesh builds and are joined by two ZXZ ADVs in similar colors. Those runners add a bit of patent leather to the toe that will garner unique aging aesthetics so each pair has a unique look as they age (apparently the core concept behind ‘Retrograde Resistance’ as inscribed on the tongues). That suggests the all-patent Torsion Allegra will be even more impressive as it ages than DS condition, so you’ll want to have a closer look below before grabbing yours from top Three Stripes stockists like Extra Butter.
