The Air Jordan 1 “Quai 54” was the retro pair cranked out to coincide with that international streetball tournament back in 2009. The sneaker had a “Ruff N Tuff” theme to it, one called out directly on the inside of the tongue for the Air Jordan 1 High shown. The sneakers come with a slick speckle and a couple differently textured sections for the laser blue colored upper.
