Air Jordan V “Fire Red” – Release Date

2013 Air Jordan V Fire Red Retro Release Date

One of the confirmed Air Jordan V original colorway re-issues is the “Fire Red” colorway, best remembered for the bold red hue dominating the midsole of the shoes and more recently on the feet of the ousted Rick Ross. A leaked catalog shot from back in December revealed that the 2013 version would not feature the embroidered “23” logo on the heel (something like what we’ve mocked up above) that was seen in both the original and 2006 Retro release, but who knows what may have changed during the production process? In any case, a confirmed release date of August 31st is now set, so let us know if these AJVs are a must-have for you amidst the recent unveilings of other big-ticket releases dropping around the same time.
