The upcoming CNCPTS x Asics Gel Lyte III project is finally brought into better focus. As you can see, the shoes have much more going on than just the blocked off toe that’s been earning them some comparisons to other collab Asics of old out there. Also on deck is a splattering along the midsole and some graphic print laces, a couple of details that presumably push them forward towards the likeness of their Johan Harvard statue inspiration. Take a full look at the upcoming CNCPTS x Asics Gel Lyte III “Three Lies” release and stay tuned to Sneaker News for in depth info on this 2013 release.

Update: The CNCPTS x Asics Gel Lyte III “Three Lies” pair pictured is an early, sample version of the shoe. The final version, which has yet to be fully revealed, sports some differences in colors from this sample. Stay tuned to Sneaker News for updates.
