After dropping a couple of Red Wing-ish colorways last fall, the updated Magma boot from Nike has been utterly silent. It’s a nice surprise, then, to find two new Nike Air Magma 2012s arriving at retail over in Asia with the possibility of a US drop to follow. Two new styles are split between a more traditional unibody construction and one that exploits the 2012 edition’s lines by way of some contrast and patterning, the likes of which we’ve not seen on the OG Magma. The former is done in black and adds a novel touch of its own with an icey Dark Armory Blue sole, while the latter splits the upper between Ale Brown and a lighter tone, adding a bit of leopard print to the heel.
