Such was the case with Sacramento mayor Kevin Johnson, the three-time NBA All-Star who had Fila dole out his part of an upcoming bringback to a couple of non-profits to avoid any conflict with his public duties. So interestingly enough, the Fila KJ7 in the original Phoenix Suns colorway will help the effort to build a new downtown arena in California’s capital city, Johnson’s hometown. It was in PHX where KJ made his mark on the NBA, and the Suns makeup of his first ever signature shoe is coming back on Thursday to stores like Concepts.
