The Air Jordan has already dominated the on-court footwear game and the retro category. What’s next for the brand? That would be the upscale sneaker sector that has been a growing trend over the last couple of years, and although Jordan Brand has already put forth some efforts in that regard (2010’s Jordan Grown, for example), this latest design called the Jordan Shine speaks to the current species of sneakerhead – one that values the sport and style simultaneously. The Jordan Shine makes use of an Air Jordan 1 sole and combines it with a luxurious woven upper made of supple leather materials.
