Nike brings back its all-suede Premium-level Air Max 1s with this all-tan pair that are being dubbed the “Wheat” colorway. Though not an official part of Nike’s “sneakerboot” efforts, these certainly exude the sturdy workboot appeal, and should Nike choose to give the original Air Max sneaker that treatment, we have a few suggestions. For one, the eyelets need to be beefed up, the upper needs to be waterproof, and the laces need to be swapped out! That seems like a challenge to the sneaker customizers out there, but if you’re comfortable with something a bit more subdued, peep the Air Max 1 “Wheat” below and we’ll let you know when these hit stores.
