Now 25 years into its existence and the adidas Originals ZX8000 is arguably more important than its ever been. Influential in so many others birthed under a similar moniker, especially the ZX Flux, the original ZX is recognized in the latest “Shield” pack. Comprised of monochrome black and white colorways, the technical release incorporates breathable textile uppers paired with supple leather construction, deviating from the customary mesh build.
