In this month’s look at the best sneakers currently available priced at $100 or lower, we offer up some suggestions to keep you looking fresh without the hefty price tag of some of the major drops this month. We were actually able to hunt down quite an excellent selection at the lower price range, with everything from the most popular silhouettes of the year like the Air Huarache to stylish models from up-and-coming sneaker brands like Greats to ensure a wide selection of brands and styles at an affordable price. Nike WMNS Air Huarache “Metallic Silver” – $100
Nike Sportswear closes out the monster year for the Air Huarache with this eye-catching look especially for the ladies in a metallic silver upper. You can pick them up beginning December 19th at select Nike Sportswear retailers like Wish ATL or on eBay.
Nike Air Force 1 Low “Volt” – $90
An accompaniment to the blazing Volt Nike Air Foamposite Pro, the iconic Air Force 1 gets one of its boldest makeovers this winter, as well. The all Volt AF1 is guaranteed to keep you standing out, and without the huge price tag. You can find them now at select Nike Sportswear retailers like Oneness for $90 or on eBay.
Vans Sk8-Hi Pro “Snakeskin” – $70
Vans dropped their skate-reinforced Pro version of the Sk8-Hi in one of its most stylish makeovers yet this fall, with the “Snakskin” editions in navy/red and grey. Each colorway features snakeskin side stripes and a blend of suede and durable canvas for the construction. Both can still be found at Vans suppliers like DQM for Vans for only $70.
Reebok Ventilator – $80
One of the bigger news stories in sneakers this month was the announcement of current hip-hop hero Kendrick Lamar signing on with Reebok. We all got a look at Kendrick wearing the Ventilator in his special Reebok commercial, so while we wait to see if Kendrick gets his own signature shoe, you can grab what he’s already wearing. Reebok.com has the Ventilator in stock now in a wide range of colorways and materials priced from $80-90, but cop this black/sorbet pair on eBay.
Nike SB Trainerendor – $90
Switching from ACG to the Nike SB division this year, the cross-trainer/hiker/casual sneaker hybrid got a few great new looks this fall, including this heavy-duty mesh makeup in Blue Force. Find them now at select Nike SB retailers like Premier.
Asics Gel Lyte III “Snowflake” – $100
The ladies get treated to a frosty edition of the classic Gel-Lyte III this winter in this “Snowflake” colorway. The icy blue suede upper is accented nicely with light purple and white, while a speckled midsole and snowflake graphics on the insole finish off the winter theme. Vintage basketball style combines with a modern look in the surprisingly affordable Wilson by GREATS. You can grab them now at an even lower price during their holiday sale for only $49 online at greats.com.
New Balance 530 – $100
Newly reintroduced to the New Balance arsenal of retro runners this year was the 530, which has been showing up in a number of great looks and even some collabs throughout 2014. If you haven’t picked up a pair yet, may we suggest this excellent color combo of white, teal and purple that’s available now at retailers including UBIQ or on eBay.
adidas SL Loop Moc – $90
The biggest debut from adidas this summer, the SL Loop, got a makeover this fall in moccasin form as the SL Loop Moc. Combining modern style with traditional moccasin influence, the fashionable silhouette keeps the price respectable at only $90. Rothco x Supra Vaider – $90
Supra teamed up with outdoor and military supply brand Rothco this season for a very special capsule collection, which included this stylish and rugged edition of the Vaider in ballistic mesh. Cop them now online straight from Supra at the nice price of $90.
