Asics is back with this Gel Lyte III to remind everyone that the collective taste over at the brand shouldn’t be questioned. This in-line creation has the aesthetic of something they’d reach out at a collaborator for, given the premium tonal nature of the near-all suede build of the classic retro runner. With light brown and khaki combining for a casual look, Ink Blue hits the lining while purple pops on the lining. Throw in details like rope laces to contrast the split tongue and this is one of the better in-house creations from the brand in quite some time.
