adidas Basketball kicked off the launch of Damian Lillard’s debut signature shoe in a very special way last night, with the exclusive “Dame Love the Fans” event celebrating both the unveiling of the D Lillard 1, and Damian himself paying respects to his fans. Hundreds of Blazers faithful that made their way to adidas headquarters in Portland via a special invite were treated to their very own free pair of the D Lillard 1, and later had a chance to try out the shoe in three-on-three pick-up games. The crowd also received a surprise performance from rap artist Future, while everyone also got to hear from Damian speak on his new shoe, his expectations for the current NBA season, and how much his fans mean to him.
