Patent leather and the LeBron 12? Nike’s making the unusual combination happen in the near future, but so far it looks like the paring will arrive on a kids exclusive. LeBron’s affection for patent leather has been well documented since Jason Petrie took over as the head designer of his line with the LeBron VII. And while the pair exuded a bit more Air Jordan 11 inspiration with the patent leather mudguard than most traditionalists would care for, the material returns here in a much more original way. Touches of the Posite overlay reveal the black patent leather while a lime green, bright crimson, and blue hit in accents. Check out a full look below.
