The Air Max 90‘s quarter-century celebration hasn’t been too extravagant thus far. We’ve yet to see the original Infrared colorway return despite rumors of getting a true and through retro, but we did see Air Max Day gift us a Patch rendition and a complete Nike Air Max 90 ’25th Anniversary’ Collection is looming with a number of unique uppers. As far as this women’s exclusive is concerned, Nike wants the legendary silhouette to come correct with the no frills ‘Essential’ branding, meaning that a basic array of synthetic mesh and leather materials exude a simplicity found on the original run. With a white base and touches of grey, Emerald Green does most of the heavy lifting here, as the cool summer shade arrives on the unique midsole and branding.
