While success in college sports doesn’t always translate to the pros, what stays consistent is a player’s work ethic, intelligence, and desire to learn more. Fortunately, the former Oregon Ducks star QB has all three of those key traits.
To celebrate tonight’s NFL Draft, Nike created just two pairs of these special Lunar Force 1s inspired by Mariota’s Hawaiian roots. With traditional Hawaiian graphics etched onto the upper of the shoe and Koa wood making up the construction of the custom-made box, this Lunar Force 1 pays homage to Marcus and his hometown of Honolulu.
