Three notable Japanese labels team up for this very special sneaker release: fashion brand Whiz Limited, sneaker boutique mita sneakers, and of course, Asics, for the Gel Lyte V “Recognize”. In conjunction with Whiz Limited for their 15th anniversary, the “Recognize” Gel Lyte V features a unique and colorful rendition to the classic runner that should have no trouble be recognized as a Whiz Limited collab thanks to the brand’s logo stitched at each toe. Other details include red striping at the heel, mismatched and multicolored prints on each shoe’s collar and tongue, and mesh netting on within the Asics logos.
