The “remastered” program by Jordan Brand has been underway for a few months now, and most would agree it’s been a success. Other than the once-again-raised price tags, there are hardly any complaints being made about the quality and accuracy of the retro models released so far. From the return of the Air Jordan 4 “Oreo”, to the OG Air Jordan 10 “Chicago”, to the more accurate shape and branding of the recent Air Jordan 1s, everything has been top-par. Now that we get a look at the impending return of the Air Jordan 7 in its original “Bordeaux” colorway, we can all be happy to see that the trend will continue. One tweak worth noting on this remastered 2015 edition of the iconic colorway: the midsole gets a more accurate-to-OG darker charcoal hue than the light grey found on the 2011 version.
