Asics Gel Lyte III “Gradient Tongue”

It’s no secret that the in-house colorists at Asics have given those of you seeking to skip out on the collab-heavy market an entirely different option. Between the 50/50 pairs and this new Asics Gel Lyte III, walking away from this summer without a pair of Asics retros would be a surprising feat. The rather standard suede and mesh combination arrives on the heritage running model once again, but where this pair deviates from the norm is with the unique gradient championed throughout. A deep burgundy lands on the heel in the usual suede construction, but the hue eventually fades to a head-turning metallic gold. Now word on when this Gel Lyte III will be available stateside, but look for these to drop sometime later this summer.
