adidas Originals knew what they were doing when they brought back the original “Fairway Green” shade of the adidas Stan Smith back in 2013. The classic tennis silhouette went on to dominate the three stripes’ lifestyle market for well over a year until the brand turned its attention to the adidas Superstar. The Stan Smith has stayed relevant though, and this pair featuring the return of Fairway Green is close enough to the original that we have to take note. Instead of the leather heel collar relying on the green shade, the look switches things up with a classic green lining while touches of Metallic Silver hit the trefoil logo and iconic tongue branding.
