Kyrie Irving is still nursing an injury that he sustained during the NBA Finals, but the time off will prove to be pivotal in his recovery period as he aims for a full-strength return for next season. That explains why the elite guard for the Cleveland Cavaliers didn’t lace up in USA garb, but rather the “Green Glow” colorway of the Kyrie 1 that is set for a release in later September. With a dark grey upper and just the slightest hits of the contrasting green on the upper, this release is the closest to a “blackout” you’ll get. Find another close-up shot below.
