Is the Huarache imitating the Yeezy Boost? There’s no doubt that adidas’ acquisition of Kanye West has worked wonders for their lifestyle imprint, but Nike has plenty of awesome silhouettes to compete with Kanye’s latest creations. Here we see a new Nike Huarache model rumored to be in a grade school size run utilize a similar Yeezy knit pattern throughout the upper. You can thank the Swoosh’s affection toward Jacquard tooling for this one, as a seamless base allows for an all over graphic. The outsole is slimmed down too reminiscent of that Ultra Moire tooling that so many Air Max models have gone through in the past. Still no word on an official name for the model let alone a release date, but stick with Sneaker News for more in the near future.
