Honoring world record holding decathlete Ashton Eaton and his big year in 2015, Nike Training is set to release a special edition of the brand’s latest high-performance training shoe, the Lunar Caldra. Setting the new world record for the decathlon at this past summer’s IAAF World Championships in Beijing, Eaton completed the events wearing the Caldra months before its release, proving the versatile training shoe has what it takes to perform for a number of regimens. This limited edition gold colorway for Eaton will release December 26 at Nike.com and select Nike Training retailers. The standard launch colorways of the Lunar Caldra in red/black and volt/black will arrive in early 2016.
